The Staubach Co. executed four lease negotiations for several major clients in metropolitan Atlanta totaling 168,000 feet of space.

The total value of the transactions was not disclosed.

Arris Group Inc. (Nasdaq: ARRS) signed a 135,000-square-foot sublease agreement to occupy all of 3871 Lakefield Drive in the Johns Creek business park and will move its corporate headquarters there in 2004. Arris provides broadband local access networks and high-speed data and telephone systems for the delivery of voice, video and data to the home and business. Duncan Gibbs of The Staubach Co.-Southeast represented the company in the transaction.

Colonial Tax Compliance Co. signed a five-year, 15,800-square-foot lease agreement at 300 Colonial Center in Alpharetta. The sales and use tax consulting company assists firms with tax compliance issues, returns preparations and exemption certificate maintenance. Jason Chartrand and Keene Reese of The Staubach Co.-Southeast represented the company in the transaction.

Danka Office Imaging signed a new lease agreement for 9,500 square feet at Gwinnett business park in Norcross. Danka, a provider of imaging products, including copiers, printers, high-volume systems and multifunction devices, also offers professional installation, equipment maintenance and supplies delivery. Tommy Hiles and Liz Love of The Staubach Co.-Southeast represented the company in the transaction.

Perimeter Medical Services recently expanded into 7,710 square feet at 5901 Peachtree-Dunwoody Road near North Atlanta’s primary concentration of medical office facilities and hospitals. The company provides billing services for 22 board-certified neonatologists and pediatric doctors dedicated to serving the needs of medically fragile newborns and children. Chris Wagner of The Staubach Co.-Southeast represented the company in the transaction.
