- The Latino New Urbanism will host a discussion on Friday, April 23, in San Fernando, Calif., as part of its ongoing Latino New Urbanism 2004 Dialogue Series. The topic of the session is “LNU: What does it look like and how do you build it?” More details are available at www.latinonewurbanism.org.
- New York-based architect Bernard Tschumi will present a lecture at the National Building Museum in Washington, D.C., from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 8. Tschumi will discuss the meaning of architecture in projects ranging from small residences to urban plans. The cost is $12 to museum members and students and $17 for nonmembers. Register online.
