The Center for Economic and Policy Research will publish the winning essay from its contest, "Why is the run-up in housing prices not a bubble?" on www.cepr.net Tuesday, April 6. The Center will award $1,000 to the most convincing essay. The Latino New Urbanism will host a discussion on Friday, April 23, in San Fernando, Calif., as part of its ongoing Latino New Urbanism 2004 Dialogue Series.
