Guardian Mortgage Documents, a technology provider for electronic loan document preparation and delivery, has launched its Transaction Management System.
The Web-based TMS allows all participants in a loan transaction to view, manage and participate in loan activities at any time. The system automates all document production, management functions and workflow tasks into one centralized and paperless portal.
TMS is not a loan origination system, but it can be interfaced with any loan origination system to upload all data and manage all loan activities, according to a company statement.
Guardian Mortgage Documents originally developed TMS to meet the needs of an in-house solution for its own Guardian Mortgage Services.
Lakewood, Colo.-based Guardian Mortgage Documents provides document preparation, automated management workflow and customized outsourced solutions to the national financial services industry.
