Crescent Real Estate Equities Co. in Fort Worth, Texas, today announced the sale of Liberty Plaza, a 219,000-square-foot Class A office property located in North Dallas. The sale generated net proceeds to Crescent of $10.8 million, which were used to pay down the company's revolving credit facility. Andrea Peskind and Brad Thornburg of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas represented Crescent in the sale. Crescent is one of the nation's largest publicly held real estate investment trusts.
