CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners negotiated the sale of Two and Three University Office Park in Waltham, Mass.

The sale price was not disclosed.

The property is a 278,000-square-foot, two-building complex that was 75 percent leased at the time of sale. The property includes two six-story office buildings with an attached two-story, 183-space parking deck located on Sawyer Road, next to Brandeis University.

Elizabeth Carrillo Thomas and Phil Giunta of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers Inc., and procured the buyer, ASLAN Realty Partners II L.P., a $680 million fund sponsored by Chicago-based Transwestern Investment Co.
