Paradigm Properties recently leased 100,000 square feet of office space to six tenants at 25 First St. in Cambridge, Mass.

The total value of the transactions was not disclosed.

The Davenport Building is a 220,750-square-foot, four-story, “brick & beam” office building located at 25 First St. It is owned by IBUS and managed by Paradigm Properties.

Cambridge-based Sapient Corp., a business consulting and technology services company, is moving back into the property with a four-year, 28,000-square-foot lease for space on the fourth floor. The company is relocating to the building instead of renewing its lease at One Memorial Drive. Richards Barry & Joyce represented the client, and Paradigm Properties represented the building.

Cambridge-based ProfitLogic, a provider of analytical solutions to retail corporations, expanded and extended its lease for 22,604 square feet of space on the third floor of the building. Richards Barry & Joyce represented the client, and Paradigm Properties represented the IBUS.

Atlantis Components, an implant dentistry product developer, signed a 17,220-square-foot, four-year lease for space on the first floor. During this lease transaction, Curtis Cole and Chuck Kavoogian of CB Richard Ellis represented Paradigm and IBUS, and Steven Purpura of Richards Barry Joyce represented the tenant.

Cambridge-based Interwise, a provider of an integrated data, video and voice conferencing services, signed a lease for 8,331 square feet of space on the fourth floor. Paradigm Properties represented IBUS, and CRESA Partners represented the tenant.

Zipcar, a locally-based car rental company, leased 5,080 square feet of space for five years on the fourth floor of the property. Curtis Cole and Chuck Kavoogian of CB Richard Ellis represented Paradigm and IBUS during this transaction, and Christopher Crooks of CRESA Partners represented the tenant.

Nature America Inc. (Nature Publishing Group), the London-based scientific publishing arm of Macmillan Publishers Ltd, leased 4,227 square feet on the first floor of the property. Curtis Cole and Chuck Kavoogian of CB Richard Ellis represented Paradigm Properties and IBUS, and Lincoln Property Co. represented the tenant

Boston-based Paradigm Properties LLC, founded in 1997, owns and manages more than 2 million square feet of office space in Boston and Columbus, Ohio.
