A company that offers real estate agents a certificate program in customer service has announced its honor roll of agents, selected by consumer ratings.

Quality Service Certification Inc., along with a research firm, has recognized 240 real estate sales and service professionals who averaged over 30 closed transactions during the past year and had “perfect or near-perfect service delivery and client satisfaction,” the certification company announced. The honor roll was selected from a group of about 12,000 participating agents in North America.

Quality Service offers its certification to agents who complete an education program, pass a written examination, and sign a commitment to follow a prescribed procedure that is presented and communicated in writing to every home seller and home buyer. Consumers who work with Quality Service’s certified agents are asked to rate the customer service they received, and agents’ ability to maintain their certification hinges on their customer satisfaction ratings. Consumers can check these customer satisfaction ratings online.

“The real estate brokerage industry has traditionally focused only on production and sales as measures of performance,” said Larry Romito, President and CEO of Quality Service Certification, Inc.

“These agents are being recognized for measurable service excellence and customer satisfaction. In these consumer-centric times, superior service delivery which is independently validated is a more valuable and meaningful measure of performance. When choosing a real estate professional, nothing is more important to the consumer than measurable results related to a professional’s service satisfaction of past clients.”

The “honor roll” list is dominated by GMAC and RE/MAX agent and brokers. Joy Snyder of Moore, Warfield & Glick; Debbie Crossland of Sunset Properties GMAC; Dee Rosenberg of RE/MAX Realty Group; Pam Savioli of Carlson GMAC; Frank Messina of Messina & Associates GMAC; Arthur Tatta of Beazley Co.; Dan and Cheree Griffith of RE/MAX legends; Mary Brake of Woods Brothers Realty; Pamela Shaw of Hammond GMAC; and Doug Vandervort of Woods Brothers Realty are among the real estate professionals listed in the honor roll.
