The purchase price was $6.5 million. Tualatin-Lake Oswego LLC, a subsidiary of Seattle Lighting Fixture Co., was the buyer. Seattle Lighting Fixture plans to operate the facility as a distribution center. Gordon Fouts of Puget Sound Properties represented the buyer in this transaction.
