The San Francisco Chronicle–whichever section I find on my table at the diner…the one with the fewest food stains on it.

I’m very fond of the “Cash Register Polka.”
What style of home do you live in and when did you buy it?
I live in a Nob Hill condo in San Francisco with views of the Golden Gate Bridge and Bay Bridge; I bought it too late.

What professional accomplishment in your life are you most proud of?
Building a family business and extending those family values to all of our clients
What personal accomplishment in your life are you most proud of?
Being able to pursue my career while raising my five children

Depends on who is trying to get in touch with me–five personally and thousands of e-mail addresses for others in my Reach account
What worries keep you awake at night?
I sleep the sleep of the innocent.

We do not sell products; we solve problems.

The snooze alarm

A Chinese paper fan from our son who is teaching at the University of Technology in Hefei, China.
