Kushner Cos. recently acquired the 525-unit Towers of Windsor Park, which comprises two 13-story luxury apartment buildings in Cherry Hill, N.J. The transaction was valued at more than $45 million. Built in the mid-1960s, the curved, white-faced buildings are located on Chapel Avenue and feature a kidney-shaped outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, ample parking, and 24-hour doorman service. Robert Ploshnick and Joseph Brecher of Gebroe-Hammer Associates brokered the transaction. Florham Park, N.J.-based Kushner Cos. is a diversified real estate organization. *** What's your opinion?
