Newport Beach-based Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors has sold Ball Road Business Park, a five-building, office/R&D business park totaling approximately 114,000 square feet in Anaheim, Calif.
The value of the transaction was $10 million.
The asset is located at 701-741 East Ball Road. Tenants at the property include the U.S. Postal Service, Otis Elevator and Bullet Freight Systems.
Boston-based TA Associates Realty, a commercial real estate investment firm and pension fund, purchased the property.
