Binswanger brokered the sale of two, one-story buildings totaling more than 102,000 square feet in Newburg, Ore. The value of the transaction was not disclosed. The facility, located at 2101 Crestview Drive, also includes an unspecified amount of acreage. The buyer, GTR LLC, purchased the property for use by A-dec, makers of dental office equipment, to expand its manufacturing operations. The seller, Moll Industries, has produced plastic injection-molded products and components for the health care, appliance and consumer products industries since 1945. It sold this building to consolidate its business practices.
