Colliers brokers Georgia industrial deals

Assets comprise 300,000-plus square feet

Colliers Investment Services Group closed the sale of three industrial buildings totaling more than 316,000 square feet in metropolitan Atlanta. The total value of the transactions was more than $15.2 million. On behalf of Chicago-based First Industrial Development Services Inc., Colliers sold 1075 Northfield Court in Roswell, Ga., for more than $7.2 million. A local, private investor acquired the 152,000-square-foot property that is leased by tenants such as Kimberly Clark and The Mattress Firm. On behalf of Indianapolis-based Duke Realty Corp., Colliers sold two buildings at Gwinnett Business Park in Gwinnett, Ga., to Dallas-based Cobalt Capital Partners for more than $8 million. The 100,000-square-foot building was fully leased at the time of sale by After Hours Formal Wear, while the 64,000-square foot building was fully leased to Silman Plastics.
