Overnight real estate rates remain scattered

30-year fixed rate up at 5.33%; 10-year Treasury down at 4.23%

Long-term mortgage interest rates were mixed again Tuesday, and the benchmark 10-year Treasury bond yield sank to 4.23 percent. The 30-year fixed-rate average climbed to 5.33 percent, and the 15-year fixed-rate remained at 4.91 percent. The 1-year adjustable was up at 3.75 percent. The 30-year Treasury bond yield dipped to 4.45 percent. Rates are current as of 7:15 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
