Real estate tech companies form marketing agreement

Realigent, AutoRealty seek to extend reach of products

Two real estate technology companies have formed a joint marketing agreement to find a wider audience for a real estate forms software system and agent marketing and productivity tools.   The agreement will allow Realigent Inc. and AutoRealty LLC to be national resellers of each other's products, the companies announced today.   With headquarters in Orange County, Calif., Realigent Inc. is the developer of rDesk and HomeSeekers.com. The company offers products, applications, and services to brokers, agents, multiple listing services, builders, lenders, consumers and all constituents involved in a real estate transaction.   Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas-based AutoRealty markets software products and data management services for the real estate industry.
