Tenant-in-common investors purchased the properties from Slough Estates. Britannia Business Center II is a 276,210-square-foot property consisting of three office buildings. Britannia Business Center III is a 191,009-square-foot property consisting of three office buildings. The two properties are part of the 10 building Britannia Business Center.
