Anchor tenant holds long-term lease

Cedar Shopping Centers completed the purchase of the 109,844-square-foot Pennsboro Commons Shopping Center in Enola, Pa. The value of the transaction was approximately $17.8 million. A 66,224-square-foot Giant Supermarket, whose lease extends to 2019, anchors the Pennsboro Shopping Center.
