Homes & Land Magazine, a real estate publication, announced agreements with HomePages.com, Oodle.com, ClassifiedAds.com and JustRealEstateListings.com in an effort to generate more page views for its advertisers, the company announced today.
Homes & Land will upload listings from its Web site, HomesAndLand.com, to the new distribution partners, according to the announcement.
“More online distribution augments our goal of providing superior in-print and online advertising for our clients,” said Robert Wicker, chief marketing officer for Homes & Land. “We remain confident in our business model, and firmly believe the products and services we offer real estate professionals will continue to be the best in the industry. We look forward to working with our four new online distribution partners.”
Homes & Land operates a franchise network of more than 300 real estate magazines in communities across the United States and Canada. Homes & Land also powers HomesAndLand.com, an online real estate portal. HomesAndLand.com currently receives over 20 million page views a month.
HouseValues Inc., a leading technology company, operates HomePages.com. HomePages.com combines aerial neighborhood views with local listing details for homebuyers and sellers.
Oodle.com acts as a facilitator for Internet users searching for real estate. The San Mateo, Calif.-based company plans to make it possible for consumers to search hundreds of thousands of real estate listings from communities across North America, according to the announcement.
ClassifiedAds.com is a matching service on which members can buy and sell real estate. ClassifiedAds.com is now in over 6,500 communities.
JustRealEstateListings.com is owned and operated by Eye Catching Solutions. The site supplies a database of online property listings and is intended to help home buyers make educated decisions about which neighborhoods best match their lifestyle and commuting needs.
