Buildings purchased by separate entities

Lee & Associates recently completed three major industrial sales totaling approximately 412,660 square feet in Fontana, Calif. The total value of the transactions was more than $28 million. Three buildings make up the Newcastle Fontana Business Center, which is comprised of 13500, 13508 and 13512 Marlay Ave. Developed and sold by San Francisco-based Newcastle Partners Inc., the business center is situated on 20 acres and features 30-foot-high ceilings, ESFR sprinkler systems, 60-foot concrete loading areas, and mezzanine office space, as well as dock-high and grade-level loading capabilities. The buildings include: Located at 13500 Marlay Ave., the 100,480-square-foot industrial building was purchased by Glover Family LLC. Located at 13508 Marlay Ave., the 111,180-square-foot facility was purchased by Organize-It-All Inc.
