The site is an online extension of Windermere’s Premier Properties program offering marketing resources for the brokerage company’s luxury buyers and sellers. It features a search environment tailored to high-end listings with community profiles, featured home and lifestyle articles from Premier Living Magazine, and access to all of the tools and resources available to Windermere.com users.
Property listings include multiple photos, details and a bird’s-eye map view of the home’s location.
“2005 was a record-breaking year for luxury home sales throughout the West,” said Matt Carroll, president of Windermere Real Estate. The Premier Properties program provides tools to serve buyers and sellers in this market, he added.
