FSBO real estate marketing site adds lending option

Union Equity seeks to link buyers directly to sellers

Union Equity Inc. a subsidiary Home Sales Express Inc., has added an online lending feature to its for-sale-by-owner Web site, KingOffer.com. A variety of residential mortgages are available at the site through American Home Loan Funding Inc. KingOffer.com offers three listing options for FSBO sellers, seeks to match up prospective buyers directly to its sellers, and the company will also consider making offers to purchase homes directly from sellers. Among the company's FSBO listing packages: "The King," which cost $595 and runs for six months, features entry of the property into a local multiple listing service and onto KingOffer.com and the company's affiliate sites. "A profile of your property will be e-mailed to our proprietary database of qualified buyers as well. Your listing information can be modified at any time during the six-month term.
