STAG Capital Partners purchased a 618,358-square-foot warehouse and distribution facility in Jefferson, Wis. The value of the transaction was more than $16 million. The building was fully occupied at the time of sale by Briggs & Stratton, a producer of air-cooled gasoline engines for outdoor power equipment. The identity of the seller was not disclosed.
