STAG Capital buys massive Midwest warehouse

STAG Capital Partners purchased a 618,358-square-foot warehouse and distribution facility in Jefferson, Wis. The value of the transaction was more than $16 million. The building was fully occupied at the time of sale by Briggs & Stratton, a producer of air-cooled gasoline engines for outdoor power equipment. The identity of the seller was not disclosed. STAG Capital Partners actively acquires single-tenant, net-leased properties, which include warehouse, flex, manufacturing and office buildings. *** What's your opinion?
