Located at 9970 Carroll Canyon Road, the 81,881-square-foot office building was 100 percent leased at closing to Mitchell International, a provider of information products, software and eBusiness solutions for the insurance, collision repair, medical claims and glass replacement industries. The two-story property, which was built in 2000, is situated on 4.6 acres. RREEF, a full-service pension fund real estate investment advisor, purchased the property from Hibiscus Investments, a Japanese-based private investment company.
