NAI BT Commercial brokered two industrial leases and one R&D sale in Northern California totaling 116,000 square feet.

The total value of the transactions was not disclosed.

In the first deal, Orange Company Motorsports leased 21,000 square feet of industrial space located at 1601 Adrian Road in Burlingame. The unit includes 3,500 square feet of office space, two dock doors, two ground-level doors and a 24-foot clear height. B&N Industries is the sublandlord.

In the second deal, Andrews Air Corp. leased 60,000 square feet of warehouse space located at 245 Spruce St. in South San Francisco. The property is owned by the City and County of San Francisco.

In the final deal, Pacific Coast Capital Partners sold 35,000 square feet of R&D space located at 1235 Elko Drive in Sunnyvale. Morris Wu purchased the property for approximately $3.6 million.

NAI BT Commercial provides commercial real estate services through 14 offices in Northern California.
