Triple Net Properties LLC on Thursday announced that footware company Nike has leased a total of 183,000 square feet of office space at Woodside Corporate Park in Beaverton, Ore.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

Nike signed the first lease for the Columbia Building containing 92,000 square feet in September 2005 and plans to occupy the space in May 2006. Nike signed the second lease for the Edo Building containing 91,000 square feet in May 2006 and plans to occupy the space in November 2006. With the addition of this new lease, Nike leases a total of 183,000 square feet, or 48 percent of Woodside Corporate Park, resulting in total occupancy of 87 percent.

Woodside Corporate Park consists of eight office buildings totaling 384,000 square feet, which Triple Net purchased in September 2005. The buildings are part of the Woodside Corporate Park master-planned office and campus located in Beaverton, a suburb of Portland.
