GVA Advantis recently negotiated the sale of a two-building, 146,798-square-foot office complex in Clearwater, Fla. The value of the transaction was $18.1 million. The class A buildings, One and Two Prestige Place, are three-story, multitenant assets located in the Countryside submarket. Built in 1987, One Prestige Place totals 76,085 square feet and is located at 2600 McCormick Drive. Two Prestige Place, a 70,713-square-foot building located at 2650 McCormick Drive, was built in 1989. At the time of sale, the 12.4-acre complex was 92 percent leased with 17 tenants total, including Market Street Mortgage and Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.
