International real estate firm Hines brokered the sale of the 225 South Sixth office tower in downtown Minneapolis, which is the city's tallest building. Terms of the sale were not disclosed. The building is comprised of a 53-story tower and an adjoining 18-story tower totaling approximately 1.4 million square feet. The seller, 601 Second Avenue Limited Partnership, a partnership between Hines and an institutional investor, sold the property to ASB Capital Management, an institutional investment advisor operating in 25 U.S. markets. ...
