STAG Capital Partners acquired three industrial buildings totaling 450,000 square feet in eastern Massachusetts for an undisclosed price.

The first property is a 183,400-square-foot office/warehouse/manufacturing facility located at 200 Ward Hill Ave in Haverhill. The second property, an 86,600-square-foot warehouse, is located just down the street at 148 Ward Hill Ave. Taurus Ward Hill LLC sold the buildings, which were 100 percent leased at the time of sale to Globalware Solutions, a provider of supply chain management services.

STAG’s third purchase was a 180,000-square-foot manufacturing/distribution building in Lakeville. The NNN property sits on 19 acres of land located at 310 Kenneth Welch Drive and was fully leased by Thompson Products at closing. Thompson manufactures and distributes photo storage products and sells to major retailers including Wal-Mart and K-Mart. Thompson Realty Trust sold the property.

STAG Capital Partners actively acquires single-tenant, net-leased properties, which include warehouse, flex, manufacturing and office buildings.
