Dominion Enterprises, which publishes a handful of real estate magazines, has acquired Pullan Communications, a Los Angeles-based real estate marketing and Web site developer, for an undisclosed cash purchase price. The move marks another step in Dominion's goal to expand its real estate marketing services. "With this acquisition, we now provide print and Internet advertising and marketing services to over 150,000 real estate customers nationwide," said Peter Ill, senior vice president and general manager of Dominion's Internet real estate properties. Pullan has nearly 6,000 customers nationwide and annual revenue of about $2.3 million, according to a press statement from Dominion.
