Las Vegas’ Emerald Bay changes hands

The Emerald Bay apartment complex in Las Vegas has been sold for $32.1 million. Emerald Bay Apartments Las Vegas LLC sold the property, located at 4701 E. Sahara Ave., to an unidentified buyer. The 319,215-square-foot complex sits on more than 14 acres and includes 37 buildings with four different floor plans. There are 112 one-bedroom, one-bath units with 742 square feet; 96 two-bedroom, one-bath units with 1,014 square feet; 128 two-bedroom, two-bath units with 1,075 square feet; and one two-bedroom, two-bath corporate unit with 1,167 square feet. Interior amenities include full-size washers and dryers, high-speed Internet, private patios and balconies with storage closets, and central heating and air conditioning. Many units offer additional features such as fireplaces and walk-in closets.
