A joint venture recently purchased Capitol Plaza I, a new 291,000-square-foot office building in Washington, D.C.'s NoMa neighborhood. The buyers, a partnership between Apollo Real Estate Advisors' Value Enhancement Fund VI L.P. and the Polinger Co., paid $94.5 million. The property is located at 1200 First St., NE, in a burgeoning area slated for $1.2 billion in office, multifamily, retail and hotel development over the next two years, according to a press statement.
