B&H Group Ltd. purchased the properties, which comprise a total of 126,801 square feet, from JMS Realty Trust. Nine Centennial Drive, a 75,000-square-foot office building, and 10 Technology Drive, a 51,000-square-foot office/warehouse building, are both located in Centennial Park. Built in 1986, 9 Centennial Drive is a two-story building ideal for either office or R&D use.
