SASCO, a privately held electrical and data systems contractor, has signed a $17 million lease for a 221,293-square-foot corporate headquarters building in Fullerton, Calif. The lease is for 10 years, and the building, owned by a San Francisco-based public employee pension fund, is located at 2750 Moore Ave. at the Northpoint Commerce Center. SASCO is relocating its corporate headquarters from an 80,000-square-foot facility in Cerritos, Calif., in addition to consolidating its Newport Beach, Santa Ana and Sacramento, Calif., offices at the Fullerton site.
