A Tennessee-based logistics company has purchased a brand-new, 540,000-square-foot industrial complex in Edwardsville, Ill., for an undisclosed price. Ozburn-Hessey Logistics (OHL) plans to use the facility for its warehouse and distribution operations. The company already has several large industrial buildings in the St. Louis Metro East submarket.
