Sunrise Bank of San Diego has signed a 10-year lease for class A office space in the city's Sunroad Corporate Center, brokerage Cushman & Wakefield announced today. The lease, valued at more than $4.1 million, is for 7,856 square feet located at 4445 Eastgate Mall. Sunroad Enterprises owns the building. Sunroad Corporate Centre is a three-building, 306,000-square-foot office park in the University Town Center area.
