Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors LLC today announced the acquisition of a Walgreens building in the Columbus suburb of Upper Arlington, Ohio, on behalf of a private investor participating in the Grubb & Ellis Wealth Management program.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

Located at 3141 Tremont Road, the two-story, single-tenant building offers roughly 25,000 square feet of gross rentable area. The lower level consists of more than 12,500 square feet of retail space, while the upper level comprises approximately 6,000 square feet of storage space and approximately 6,500 square feet of office space. It is situated on approximately 1.3 acres near Highway 315 and the Ohio State University Golf Course.

The property, which includes a drive-thru pharmacy window, was 100 percent leased to Walgreens Co. at the time of purchase. Arlington-Tremont LLC sold the asset.
