Real estate data company Altos Research today announced an Internet application that allows users to query the company's database to quickly generate customized real estate reports. There is a free version of the AltosXplorer application featuring limited real estate data, and a full version with richer data is available with a subscription. Most of the company's clients are real estate agents, and the new tool enables them to creating on-the-fly reports for clients while they are talking to them on the phone, said Michael Simonsen, co-founder and CEO of Altos Research.
