Foreclosure data company ForeclosureRadar has released a new iPhone application, the company announced today. The app allows ForeclosureRadar subscribers to see foreclosure activity in California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon and Washington. Users will be able to find properties in various stages of foreclosure nearby or find listings by city or ZIP code. The app also includes daily auction schedules. "Success in today's foreclosure market is driven in large part by the quality and timeliness of your information," said Sean O'Toole, ForeclosureRadar's founder and CEO, in a statement.
