GoPaperless Solutions offers iPad app

Agents can sync documents across multiple devices

Escondido, Calif.-based GoPaperless Solutions, Inc. has released its eSignDashboard iPad app for document management with electronic signature, annotation, sharing, and syncing capabilities.

The cloud-centric app allows agents to synchronize updates of electronic documents across multiple devices including computers, tablets, and smartphone.

A resizable signature pad and actual, secure signature-capture ability by finger or stylus are among the app’s most notable features, said GoPaperless Solutions chief operating officer Prabakar Mahalingam. Users can fax signed contracts or documents directly from eSignDashboard.

The $4.99 app has been purchased more than 1,000 times since its Dec. 15 release, Mahalingam said. A Dec. 28 update added a user guide and fixed some annotation issues.

In the next couple of upgrades, said Mahalingam, the app will add a document-scanning feature and expand file format support, which is currently limited to PDF, to Word, JPG and others.
