Real estate and technology consulting firm 1000Watt Consulting has rolled out a Web-based mobile application designed to show off a real estate agent's knowledge and act as a "call to action" for prospective clients. The firm partnered with Web software company W&R Studios to create the app, called Nudge.In a video accompanying the blog post, 1000Watt's Joel Burslem walks viewers through creating a "nudge." Users can choose up to three out of eight available animated widgets to share with their contacts.The widgets show market indicators, such as inventory, time on market, and asking price trends.
