AnnounceMyMove partners with ReachFactor

Email announcements will feature customer satisfaction badges

AnnounceMyMove LLC, a provider of social marketing tools to real estate agents, is partnering with a customer satisfaction surveying and reputation marketing service, ReachFactor, to allow agents to display a ReachFactor Badge in announcements that they build for their clients.

Ladera Ranch, Calif.-based AnnounceMyMove powers the AnnounceMyListing and AnnounceMyNews websites, which are designed to expose agents to their clients’ social networks.

When an agent has news to report — they complete a transaction, take on a new listing, or schedule an open house, for example — they can use the company’s tools to build a Web-based, personalized announcement that they can email to clients and post on Facebook.

The AnnounceMyMove, AnnounceMyListing and AnnounceMyNews emails are intended for clients to forward to their friends and family, making them a viral marketing tool.

Integrating a ReachFactor Badge into the announcements as the first stage of a broader integration will help agents gain trust and credibility, the companies said.

ReachFactor sends customer satisfaction surveys to past clients of participating agents and brokers. The company says consumers respond to these surveys about 70 percent of the time, providing "a mountain of real-time feedback" that can be automatically marketed through ReachFactor’s integration with LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and a growing roster of marketing channels.

"ReachFactor (is) the perfect partner because the product is unique, and agents using it report building trust very quickly, even with strangers," said Janelle Odishoo, co-founder of AnnounceMyMove and a licensed real estate broker, in an announcement. "ReachFactor’s ability to quickly articulate an Agent’s reputation should boost the referral opportunities available from the agent’s and consumer’s social network we touch daily."

The companies anticipate the initial integration to be released in May 2012. Agents will also receive a free version of ReachFactor, and the companies will hold free training sessions to help agents maximize the value from the integration.

The AnnounceMyListing tool is integrated into several MLS, Realtor association and broker websites, and is currently available to almost 250,000 agents, the company said.

AnnounceMyNews is a custom platform for creating marketing announcements about hyperlocal news, public relations announcements, housing market reports, and more can be used to reach agents as well as consumers. AnnounceMyNews is currently available to brokerage customers, and a version for MLSs and Realtor associations is scheduled to launch in May.
