Agents affiliated with Denver-based franchisor Re/Max will soon have access to three new marketing products in their "Design Center," giving them the ability to create single-property websites, YouTube-enabled videos, and prewritten email, print and social media ad campaigns.

Like the Re/Max Design Center itself, the new marketing tools are provided by Bellevue, Wash.-based Imprev Inc. Each tool will be made available for $199 a year, or all three will be available as a bundle for $299.

Like the Re/Max Design Center itself, the new marketing tools are provided by Bellevue, Wash.-based Imprev Inc. Each tool will be made available for $199 a year, or all three will be available as a bundle for $299.

  • The "Premier Agent" single-property websites employ responsive Web design, adjusting their layout for mobile and tablet users. Agents can add as many as 50 property photos and descriptions, a Google Map interface with street view, and links to information on local schools, crime statistics and neighborhood data. Traffic statistics and website analytics are included.
  • The Premier Agent Video tool is geared for search engine optimization (SEO), allowing agents to create video home tours for all of their listings, neighborhood tours, or self-promotional videos. Agents add their own photos and custom text, pick a stock music soundtrack, and post the finished video to YouTube and social media sites or embed it in an email or their own website.
  • Premier Agent automated marketing campaigns include prewritten copy, providing agents with access to more than two dozen campaigns tailored for buyers, sellers, real estate investors or to subjects that help agents reach their entire sphere of influence on a regular basis.

Because the Re/Max Design Center shares data with the franchisor’s "LeadStreet" platform for generating and managing online leads, agents can begin marketing to prospects as soon as a lead is created.

The new tools will be made available this month to more than 70,000 Re/Max agents in the U.S. and Canada. Imprev provides personalized marketing materials for more than 150,000 real estate agents worldwide.
