ERA Real Estate is collaborating with RealBiz Media Group Inc. to deploy an automated system that creates and hosts property videos and branded microsites for every qualifying listing in its system, the companies said.
RealBiz Media automatically generates property video microsites with their own unique URL for each listing that are updated automatically.
The interactive, freestanding video microsites are search engine optimized for both the brand and the broker, giving consumers the ability to obtain more information from the site, the companies said.
Consumers can view property details and interact with the microsite using functions including “click to call,” “view similar properties,” “view all of the agent’s listings” and “request more information.”
“Video is quickly becoming the preferred method for consuming online content,” said Chris Trick, ERA Real Estate’s senior vice president for marketing and product development, in a statement. “Our property video strategy, supported by RealBiz Media Group Inc., addresses that consumer evolution, providing ERA agents with another means to distinguish them in the marketplace by giving consumers exactly what they want.”
The microsites are integrated into the franchisor’s national website, ERA.com, with video tabs on the listing detail pages linking to a unique microsite that is both Web and mobile optimized.
The tool back-links traffic from each property microsite to local agent and broker sites, ERA.com property detail pages, similar ERA.com listings and the ERA YouTube channel.
