Back At You Media, a marketing firm that offers Facebook lead generation services for real estate agents, has been accepted into Keller Williams Realty’s approved vendor program, providing the startup an official stamp of approval and increased exposure to the real estate brand’s 90,000 or so associates.
Back At You Media touts a hand-holding approach to Facebook marketing that it says sets it apart from other services. In addition to optimizing Facebook pages for lead generation, it also offers agents tools and know-how to help them maximize their page’s effectiveness, according to the company.
“Social media is only getting bigger and more important for real estate professionals,” said Back At You co-founders Michael Glazer and Eric Gaygeshian in a statement. “First movers, like Keller Williams Realty, in the social media real estate space are going to dominate leads and referrals on Facebook.”
Glazer said that Back At You Media was one of around 10 firms selected for Keller William Realty’s approved vendor program from about 1,000 applicants, and that Back At You is the only Facebook marketing company on the program’s roster.
The Approved Vendor Program can be a launching pad for real estate vendors, Glazer said.
Keller Williams promotes the vendors to its associates, lets them use Keller Williams’ logo, and invites them to Keller Williams’ conferences and other “proprietary marketing initiatives,” according to Glazer.
“It’s a big deal, especially when you are vetted and approved from the largest real estate company in the world,” Glazer told Inman News.
