CoreLogic has extended its relationship with Carolina Multiple Listing Services Inc., signing the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association subsidiary to a new multiyear agreement that will allow CarolinaMLS’ 7,700 members to continue using CoreLogic products and services.
The MLS currently uses CoreLogic’s Tempo and Fusion MLS platforms; Realist property tax records database; Fusion Experience mobile app; and Listing Data Checker, a listing data validation and rules enforcement tool.
Starting in late March, CarolinaMLS will transition to CoreLogic’s Matrix MLS platform and GoMLS mobile app. The MLS will also continue using Realist and Listing Data Checker.
“CoreLogic continues to develop innovative technology solutions that support Realtors and the goals of CarolinaMLS,” said Steve Byrd, vice president and CTO of CarolinaMLS, in a statement. “The combination of Matrix, Realist and GoMLS offers compelling mobile functionality and in-depth property data that our members have been clamoring for. We are very pleased to extend our long-standing relationship with CoreLogic.”
Last week, CoreLogic announced that 23 MLSs representing approximately 73,000 real estate professionals committed to Realist, CoreLogic’s property tax records database for MLSs, in the second half of 2013.
The new Realist clients include Metrolist, which serves 14,000 members in the Denver area, and Houston Association of Realtors, which serves 24,000 members. The company said that with the latest additions, more than 700,000 agents nationwide will have access to Realist.

In fact, CarolinaMLS members will start using Matrix and GoMLS in late March and will no longer use CoreLogic’s Tempo and Fusion MLS platforms or CoreLogic’s Fusion Experience mobile app.
