Las Vegas-based Coldwell Banker Premier Realty will now send its approximate 600 listings directly to Zillow in exchange for more prominent placement of its listings, better reporting and enhanced access to a contact follow-up system.
The 220-agent firm joins more than 200 others in the Zillow Pro for Brokers program, which launched in June 2012.
“We expect that Zillow’s program will have a tremendous impact on business growth, and further demonstrates our confidence and commitment to the Southern Nevada real estate market,” said Bob Hamrick, chairman and CEO of Coldwell Banker Premier Realty, in a statement.
