Mid-Atlantic and Northeast powerhouse Long & Foster Real Estate Inc. says it will provide its agents with a comparative market analysis tool developed by another brokerage’s spinoff company, Windermere Solutions.
At Long & Foster, Windermere Solutions’ TouchCMA will be branded as “Presentation PRO powered by TouchCMA,” the companies said.

Available for use on any Internet-enabled device or through an iPad app, Presentation PRO generates interactive presentations, using MLS data to provide comparative market analyses. Presentation PRO also features INRIX Drive Time, which shows commute times between prospective properties and workplaces and other destinations.
Chantilly, Virginia-based Long & Foster is the third-largest brokerage in the nation by 2013 sales volume, according to rankings compiled by Real Trends. Only Realogy subsidiary NRT LLC and Warren Buffett’s HomeServices of America Inc. are bigger.
Windermere Real Estate is headquartered on the other side of the country, in Seattle. In 2011, the brokerage spun off a tech company, Windermere Solutions, to build products that strengthen the relationship between agents and brokers.
