Setting up a website that hosts listing search, captures leads and publishes blog posts can be challenging. But the real estate website provider Placester says it's turned the process into a cakewalk. Placester, which provides website solutions to real estate agents, brokers and listing sites, has made it possible for agents to launch websites in just five minutes, a process that used to take a minimum of three hours, according to CEO Matt Barba. The company's revamp of its setup process is a response to agent feedback that Barba said revealed two big problems with agent websites: They offer too many design choices, and they take too long to set up.
