RealBiz Media Group Inc., a developer of video-marketing tools for brokers and agents, has a signed a deal to provide automated listing videos and listing video “microsites” for two unspecified Realogy brands.
Realogy and RealBiz Media Group declined to name which of Realogy’s seven residential real estate brands — Coldwell Banker Real Estate, Century 21 Real Estate, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, ERA Real Estate, Sotheby’s International Realty, The Corcoran Group and Citi Habitats — had signed on to the two-year deal.

RealBiz began powering video microsites for ERA Real Estate last June. Brokerage customers include Prudential Select Properties and Century 21 Hometown Realty.
RealBiz says the latest deal will generate “associated revenues in excess of $1 million,” as it provides services including the creation of nearly 1 million videos per year using the company’s automated listing video-creation platform, and creates more than 75,000 listing video “microsites” per month.
As with its automatic listing video platform, RealBiz’s video “microsites” feature videos pulled together from a listing’s photographs and overlaid with simple graphics and a live voiceover describing some of the property’s features. In addition, the microsites function as standalone websites, featuring a unique URL that brokers and agents can share.
RealBiz launched a video-centric listing platform for agents, NestBuilder.com, in January. In March, it launched “NestBuilder Agent,” which allows agents to turn listings — even those represented by other agents — into videos branded to them.
Video marketing has rolled into 2014 with a bang with the rise of automated listing video platforms from vendors like RealBiz, VScreen and Onvedeo.
Homes.com engaged VScreen in June to enhance 140,000 of its listings with automatic listing videos. Redfin began hooking all of its listings up with automated listing videos in mid-2013 using the same technology behind VScreen.
