December 1
Long & Foster Real Estate announced that it has opened an annex office in Avalon, New Jersey.
Select Group Real Estate Services has merged with two Vindler & Associates offices in El Dorado Hills and Placerville, California; the operations will continue under Century 21 Select Real Estate.
December 2
ValuAmerica, a national title agency and appraisal management company, has integrated its ValuNet platform with Black Knight’s LoanSphere Closing Insight application.
December 3
Engel & Völkers Madeira Beach opened its doors at the previous Vicinity Realty; it’s owned and operated by Michael Wyckoff, managing broker, and Cherie Pattishall, license partner and broker.
CRS Data has partnered with Intermountain MLS to provide property tax data services across Idaho and Oregon.
December 4
Long & Foster Property Management announced that it will join forces with Marine Property Management in Stafford, Virginia, effective Jan. 1, 2016. The two companies will operate out of the new Long & Foster location at 630 Garrisonville Road.
December 8
ValuAmerica now integrates into the Mercury Network vendor management platform.
Mortech, a Zillow Group business that provides mortgage technology solutions, will integrate its product and pricing engine with CalyxSoftware‘s loan origination software.
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices announced that Prudential Zack Shore Properties has joined its network, operating as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Zack Shore, Realtors.
December 9
CalyxSoftware announced today that all Calyx Point users can now access products and pricing sheets for Mid America programs.
December 15
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate announced that Flagler Coastal Properties will join its franchise network as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Synergy.
December 16
LRES, an REO and appraisal management company, announced that it has joined the Real Estate Valuation Advocacy Association.
December 18
REcolorado, a Colorado MLS, has formed a partnership with Vail Realtor Association/Vail MLS to include their listings on REcolorado.com.
Three associations announced that they were joining forces to share a listings database: The Richmond Association of Realtors, Chesapeake Bay & Rivers and the Williamsburg Area Association of Realtors.
December 21
Goby, which provides utility management and compliance cloud solutions, has closed $5 million in financing led by Greensoil Building Innovation Fund and Second Century Ventures, an arm of the National Association of Realtors.
The MIAMI Association of Realtors has signed partnership agreements with six international real estate associations in Ecuador (Asociación de Corredores de Bienes Raíces de Imbabura (ACBRI)), El Salvador (Camara Salvadoreña de Bienes Raíces (CSBR)), Greece (Hellenic Association of Realtors (HAR)), Israel (Jerusalem Chamber of Real Estate), Mexico (A.M.P.I. Los Cabos) and Paraguay (Camara Paraguaya de Empresas Inmobiliarias (CAPEI)).
